We had a great time at our first school-wide distribution of books at Piney Branch Elementary School (grades 3-5) on May 24, 2019. The students had a fun time and we enjoyed seeing their enthusiasm as they each picked out a book and a handmade bookmark to take home. Our thanks to Principal Christine Oberdorf for allowing us to come, Reading Specialist Rob Bledsoe who coordinated the distribution, teachers who brought the students to visit us, our volunteers who made the wonderful bookmarks, and our partners at Books by the Foot.
