STM buttons for Global Youth Service Day at Takoma Park Middle School on April 18, 2018

STM made buttons to celebrate the importance of kindness during Global Youth Service Week (April 16-22). Among the buttons was a quote from the Dalai Lama, “Be kind whenever possible. It is always possible.” and a special “Goehbear” button that was designed to honor the caring heart of Difference Makers Sponsor Bryan Goehring. The buttons and pencils were handed out by Difference Makers to TPMS students on Wednesday as part of their weeklong GYSD celebration.
