STM donation to Children’s Inn at NIH

Did you know that there are small things that you can do to help others? Collecting toiletries from your travels is an easy way to help those in need. These toiletries were collected from our family vacation and donated to help the families at the The Children’s Inn at the NIH . There are many small ways that we can help. For a list of other items you might donate please look here: http://childrensinn.org/inn-wish-list/

We’re official!

It’s official! We just received our IRS determination letter from the IRS on December 2, 2017! Hurrah! Our thanks to Difference Makers sponsor Bryan Goehring for all his help and support and whose words inspired the name of our non-profit. Thanks also to our many wonderful families and friends who have joined in to craft for others in need!

STM and DM Delivers Its First Batch of Stuffies to the Inn

Small Things Matter and Difference Makers delivered the first batch of 75 stuffies created at Atia’s charity birthday party and at KIDfest 2017 on Thursday, October 26, 2017 to the The Children’s Inn at NIH Thoughtful Treasures Program.  The staff were oohing and aahing over the adorable monsters that were crafted.  They asked us to pass along their thanks to all of you for creating these awesome stuffies for the kids at the Inn.

Small Things Matter at KIDfest 2017

Small Things Matter partnered with Difference Makers at @KIDfest on September 24, 2017 to help children craft 221 stuffies for the The Children’s Inn at NIH Thoughtful Treasures Program.  The Inn is home to children receiving treatment at the NIH for rare diseases.  We hope these stuffies will help brighten their day.
